Practical Education Centre

The Centre is a part of a Mercant group. And has been established in 2000.

Our specialty are various courses during which we put a strong emphasis on the development of practical skills (for both individual and institutional clients)

What we do:
- Trainings developing skills needed to effectively function in the surrounding reality – the preparation of staff (with different educational background) to effectively function in new environments and situations (for example when working and living abroad)
- Recruitment of medical staff according to the client's needs, along with trainings in the required fields
- Language trainings
- Vocational trainings, including ESF projects
- EU projects preparation and implementation (project manager)
- A wide range of economy consultancy services

We have our own conference centre and hotel, which we use during our trainings

What we did:
- A year long Medical Academy for the physicians from the region – the use of modern synthetic casts for the shortening of rehabilitation period. The aim of the Academy was to equip orthopedists with new skills and knowledge, allowing them to gain points for their specialization as well. The Academy was performed with 3M.
- The preparation and implementation of quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 in the medical trading department
- Cooperation in the implementation of training and consulting project “The Lodz Cluster” for potential entrepreneurs form the region. The project was funded by EU and run by the Lodz City Hall
- We successfully carried on several investment projects for our clients, which were financed by the European Union funds.

We operate under the registration in the directory of non-public "school" facilities (no. EKF-p.n. 70/00) and the directory of training facilities (no. 2.10/00132/2005)
